Job Summary:

Assists users with IT related problems including installation, maintenance, and general support of IT systems.

Job Responsibilities:    

  • Installs, configures, and upgrades approved hardware, software, phones, and peripherals
  • Provides end-user software and hardware troubleshooting and support
  • Troubleshoots data network issues, including issues with wiring, computer or network devices
  • Processes all support interactions within Help Desk ticketing system
  • Documents new procedures and information and updates current documentation
  • Assists in updating IT inventory
  • Researches for hardware and /or software solutions based on current needs and future plans
  • Performs routine maintenance of computers and peripherals
  • Resolves mobile and wireless devices issues
  • Other duties as assigned

  Job Skills:  

  • High school diploma
  • Professional IT experience preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines, pay close attention to detail, and work well within a team environment
  • Be able to effectively communicate and be able to interact comfortably with all levels of personnel 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications - Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office
  • Technical Support, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Hardware, Ethernet cabling
